It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the DHM Conference 2025. This year's conference will bring together policymakers, regulators, insurers, technology providers, and data governance experts to provide an actionable framework for data sharing and interoperability. The initiative aims to harmonise standards, establish robust governance mechanisms, and promote scalable solutions that enable the exchange of trusted data across sectors and jurisdictions. 

Through a keynote address, technical panels, and collaborative symposia, participants will address: 

• The development of shared data and interoperability standards; 
• Regulatory and policy frameworks enabling secure data sharing; 
• Architecture for a cross-sectoral insurance data platform; 
• ⁠Case studies and early use cases demonstrating practical implementation; 
• Challenges and opportunities in aligning diverse stakeholders. 

The conference will set the stage for a coordinated effort to break down data silos, enhance risk intelligence, and enable a more responsive, transparent, and inclusive Digital Health ecosystem. By framing a common path forward, the conference supports a future in which data flows responsibly and reliably — across borders, platforms, and institutions.
