Dr. Eleni DIMOKIDIS is the Healthcare Technical Leader across Asia Pacific and Japan at AWS. In this capacity, she spearheads healthcare technology innovation within the Public Sector, taking the lead in nationwide digital transformations of hospital systems through close collaboration with Ministries of Health and governments. With a wealth of experience as a technology leader and legal advisor, she possesses a multidisciplinary education, holding a PhD in Regenerative Medicine from UCL, an MSc in Bioengineering from UIUC, an MSc in Nanotechnology from UCL, an LLB in Law from UoL and a BSc in Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics from UTH.
Dr. Eleni Dimokidis studied at the Centre for Healthy and Sustainable Cities at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and studied Strategy for Sustainability at Stanford University.

AWS Healthcare spans the entire healthcare continuum, with a range of focus areas including electronic health records, medical imaging, bioinformatics, genomics, health AI/ML, Generative AI, telemedicine, mobile medical applications, Internet-of-Medical-Things integrations, open-source research tools, clinical trials, and biomanufacturing. Additionally, she engages with government agencies, healthcare organizations, and industry analysts to provide technical insights into AWS's healthcare and life sciences portfolio.
