Group Registration

  • Step 1:   Gather a group of 5 or more.
  • Step 2:   A representative (leader) from the group to submit the  group registration template to the secretariat (conference@dietitians.org.my).
  • Step 3:   Each of the member will receive an email with direct link, the link is unique for each member therefore not to be shared.
  • Step 4:   Member will be required to use the link to complete the registration and proceed with the payment to secure the registration slot.

*Note: No shared email is allowed, an individual email address is required for each of the member.

Cancellation and refund policy

  • Cancellation on or before 1st September 2025
    • 50% Refund
  • Cancellation from 1st September 2025 onwards
    • No Refund
  • All cancellations must be submitted via written email to the Conference Secretariat at secretariat@digitalheathmalaysia.org
  • Confirmed refunds will be issued after the conclusion of DHM 2025, via bank transfer or credit card, according to your initial payment method.
  • Participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with the refund process.

Methods of Payment

Payments can be made via credit/debit card through the registration system. For government sectors requiring payment through Local Payment Order (LPO), please contact secretariat@digitalheathmalaysia.org for further details.

Disclaimer

While every effort will be made to present the programme as advertised, DHM 2025 organiser and Digital Health Malaysia (DHM) reserves the right to modify or cancel without prior notice, any arrangements, programs, or other items related directly or indirectly to the congress due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. DHM 2025 organiser and DHM are not responsible for any losses or inconveniences resulting from such alterations. If the congress is cancelled, all pre-paid fees will be fully refunded. However, the DHM 2025 organiser and DHM are not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by such cancellations.

Photo Release Policy

By registering for the DHM 2025, you agree to the DHM 2025 photo/video release policy. This policy allows the Conference photographer, videographer, and invited media contacts to take photos or videos of the participants during the meeting. The footage may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials related to the meeting.
