Dr.Siti Nurbaya SHAHRIR

Dr. Siti Nurbaya Shahrir is a non-communicable disease epidemiologist, Public Health Physician from the Family Health Development Division in the Ministry of Health Malaysia. She currently leads the Primary Healthcare Information Unit there. Previously, she led the deployment of Malaysia’s home grown cloud based Electronic Medical Record known as Teleprimary Care Oral Health Clinical Information System (TPC-OHCIS) in 96 government primary healthcare clinics and manage its implementation till May 2024. She is the subject matter expert in our National EMR Project, the National Centre for Disease Control System (eNCDC) project and a member of the Digital Health Collaborative of the Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage.
