YBhg. Tuan Fabian BIGAR is currently serves as Secretary General Ministry of Digital. Fabian was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for SCMO effective 19 April 2021. The mandate for the SCMO is to drive change management and ensure the successful delivery of the Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint (MDEB). The office also serves as the main secretariat for the National Digital Economy and 4IR Council (MED4IRN) chaired by the Prime Minister.

His previous assignments include the Undersecretary for Policy and International Relations in the Ministry of Health, Director of the Civil Service Delivery Unit in the Prime Minister
